Microsoft Launch Microsoft office every 3 year and the recent release is of Office 2019 at Microsoft launch event namely Microsoft Ignite on 24 September 2018 in Orlando Florida.
Operating System platform support
Office 2019 support Windows and Apple OS. For both OS it has three product update in office 2019 that is for Power point , Word, and Outlook. office 2019 support is limited to 64-bit architecture.
Currently, It has added new features to 3 products word, PowerPoint Presentation and Microsoft Outlook .

For Apple Operating System:
In Power point Microsoft added function known as Quad copter , which allows users to edit PPT in 3D (completely drag and drop from 360 angles and allow users to make all modification for content and image.
In Word, it has added new function known as Focus mode which allows users to hide extra tab such as Home, insert, layout while viewing any documents. It effective if you are going through any report on last moment and don't want to get distracted.
In Outlook, Microsoft added function name as send later as name describe it allow user to send email later automatically afterward whenever it requires to send, ex - you can draft email at 4 PM evening and set a time frame of mail sending such as send by tomorrow 11 AM, system will automatically send email on mentioned time with any manual intervention .
For Windows Operating System:
In Power point Microsoft added function known as Zoom with subfunction summary zoom, selection zoom, and slide zoom.
Using summary zoom user can select initial slide of PPT and after each slide it will anchor back user for initial slide, which helps user to keep track of what stage of PPT is completed and what part is in process , and it doesn't require to close the PPT in middle as it cause divert in focus from PPT.
Slide Zoom: It allows the user to select a slide, resize it, add a border and make it look like as it was an image add function such as Return to zoom and you are ready to zoom in to that slide and zoom out based on your need.
Pencil: In build pencil added in office 2019 allows users to draw or sketch using pencil, it makes easier to take short notes, and design modification and inputs in middle of a presentation.
Importing: Office 19 allows users to directly import statistical data, graph and chart to their PPT file which avoids the time and multiple processes of creating, saving and inserting in PPT, now its simple drag and drop to do it in seconds.
In Word, Microsoft improved its learning tools capabilities and functions .in view section user can click on learning tools, it has added reading and editing options.
In editing – it allows to change page background, makes space among text syllables.
for Reading it allows user to select from where they want to start reading and click read aloude it has sub-function such as speed up and speed down to change speed word read per minute , it also has voice selection with three in build voice namely Microsoft David, Microsoft zera and Microsoft mark users can select voice type based on preferences .
In Outlook, Microsoft added function name as Focused Inbox, which allows users to mark email in the category of focused in box ex: alert emails from Banking app to movies and separate it from work email.
Additional Features of Office 2019
Updates:
Now you don't need to check for update as office 2019 comes with one cumulative updates so all recently released patches are available in a single click and available once a month. By using technology such as advance binary delta compression each monthly update is only of 50 MB in size.
Managing:
Office 2019 comes within build configuration, earlier which you need to use system configuration manager or MSI, now you can do same within office 2019 and you don't require additional MSI tool to do it.
Office 2019 comes with C2R (Click to Run )as an integral layer for office feature which allows you to manage all updates from one platform irrespective of your users either some of them are on office 365 or using office 2019 independently, now organization can manage it through the single tool for both hybrid users.
Licensing: Office 2019 comes with per device licensing 1 license one device type as earlier. It works like a perpetual license ad once you register if you don't require to keep connected to the internet. additionally, it supports previous licensing methods such as KMS server and MAK activation. It works smoothly offline and along with disconnected devices.
Upgrades: Upgrades on office 2019 is seamless you can migrate among multiple platforms to other while keeping users on the independent platform.
It consumes less time than earlier .with easy MSI upgrade you can shift from office 2016 or lower version to office 2019 and your setting will remain saved and not require any uninstallation, office 2019 comes within build languages so you don't need to worry about installing individual languages it will be taken care by office 2019.
Once your using office 2019 which is built on C2R migration to office 365 is easier.
Office 2019 also allow up gradation on three stages at admin level, user based, ( if admins have enabled upgrades for users and vice versa ) and based on Group Policy level up-gradation.
